Q: I already have an account in the NA/EU client. What will happen with that account during the migration?
A: You will be required to register an Axeso5 account. The username and password of that account will then be used to log into the Latin American HoN client. Upon the official launch, an account transfer site will be made available. This site will transfer your NA/EU HoN account information (stats, account status, HoN store items, gold, and silver coins) to your Axeso5 account. Once the transfer is complete, your NA/EU HoN account will be disabled and all of your information will be moved to your Axeso5 account. To continue playing HoN, transferring is mandatory for all those in the listed countries.
Q: Will I be able to use the same name even if there is another user with that name?
A: No, if you wish to keep your NA/EU nickname, you must register an Axeso5 account immediately! If the name is available in the Axeso5 system, then you will be able to have the same name.
Q: Will I receive a free name change?
A: No, this is also why it is important to go to the Axeso5 website and create your account now.
Q: What happens to my Sub-Account(s)?
A: Sub-Accounts ARE NOT included in the migration. Every player with a NA/EU Sub-Account(s) will receive 1,050 Gold Coins per Sub-Account to acquire new Sub-Accounts upon official launch.
Q: What am I receiving for playing in the beta?
A: We appreciate your help in testing the Latin American HoN client before its launch! We will be giving all who participate in the testing process a Flint Boomstick Alt Avatar and an exclusive Blue name color that has never been released to the public anywhere in the HoN universe. Also for "scouting the way" for all HoN players in the region, you will receive a unique Scout’s Eye symbol to match your new Blue name. Finally, you'll also recieve an Axeso5 icon and a 100 silver coin bonus.
Q: Can I try all the HoN Store items for free during the beta?
A: Yes, we will provide you with 25,000 Gold Coins to spend on ANYTHING in the HoN Store during the beta. EVERYTHING will be unlocked to allow for complete testing of the client. Please feel free to test older avatars (Gold Collection, Limited Edition, EA Avatars, etc.) that were locked away long ago. It is extremely important to note that all Gold Coins and the complete HoN Store access will end upon official launch.

well i think if you dont migrate you wont be able to play HoN (unless you get a way to change your IP and go to other servers). If you still want to play HoN you may have to migrate.

I have a question, tho. I have 3000 gold coins, and I want to buy the Empath alt Lust. If I migrate today, how they'll know that the gold I'll spend in that alt avatar will be the gold I bought with real money?
wait, wait, so brz, and latins will be together in the same server? or in a different server... because i dont speak portuguese, and its annoying when im with 4 brz in my team is talking a lenguaje that i dont understand

This is the worst that you could have done S2. The queues will be endless and you will not gain new players in the LA market because of the destructive community you have. You should have focused the community problems first of all, like the others MOBA games are doing.
I have lots of other things to say but i will save my time for other company that cares for the customers that payed 30 USD for a game and have now been ditched to some crappy server with ever worst lag and ping issues than the USE ones.
