CAI or MotD not loading sometimes

I can not see the custom account icons. Instead I see a box of my all white. That of others is as if they had not, and I see that the default hon. Even a friend of mine today appeared the same problem. Until yesterday everything worked well.

Message of the Day (MotD) also doesn't load sometimes:

Can you post a screenshot of your graphic settings? Try relogging.

This bug happened too me long time ago... Its fixed now.
Moreover,Please provide your graphics settings so we can find out the problem you are facing.

That's just a short excerpt from my console log.
Worth noting is that my client also seems to be having some issues with the chatserver, so that could be related.

tl;dr Something between some users and the server on which the CAIs are uploaded went wrong.

EDIT: Got this too, but just once:

If this turns out to not be temporary, we who have this issue should contact tech support. I'd give it a few hours though.

Woah! Thanks for that Inomares On behalf of your part, I guess I can confirm that this is not based on your graphics settings since so many users have been experiencing this lately. I'll leave this for now and let ElementUser decide on this.

sometimes they show, sometimes they don't.
Looks like it's mostly CAIs. Not sure if HoN store ones are effected.
