Thread: When do you taunt?
When someone taunts me, so I can get a humiliation AND a smackdown.
Also if you're in a hard lane, you can taunt to make them think someone is going to gank, giving you some extra farm. Mindgames are just so fun. Using it generally changes the playstyle of the enemy. Either they play passively, because they're afraid to die, or they play aggressively because they want the smackdown and they overextend.
Also if someone has geos/bottled illusions you can taunt them so when they use their geos/illusions you know which one is the real one.
I taunt and animation cancel a skill. watch em backdown to their tower :3
Anything with form will eventually break, but that doesn't need to be the end of it. If you don't give up and instead decide to fix it, you can fix anything.
I taunt when I play Arachna
Whenever I remember..but I always do it when the enemy acts stupid like blinking with Deadwood into a teammate when our team hides in the forest nearby
Taunting for being stupid
Just for fun, i do it whenever i rememeber to do so
In some games I taunt all the time and then in others I totally forget I have it and don't taunt at all.
Embarassing highlight was in that one game I was Scout. We were doing decent in lane and after a little fight my support was killed and I was about to kill the opposing support hero. Cocky me throws a taunt in there as I am about to pass the killing blow. Taunt delays that, I get juked around the sideshop and the guy gets away. Cue the actual taunts in allchat after that.

I thought I was the only one that forgets to taunt lol i literally go into a game telling myself "i never use this thing, this game eveyr kill will be a smackdown"...

1. A Hero that just missed a skillshot on me.
2. A Hero that I want to bait. Epicly fun for moraxus, since he has one of the best taunts IMO.
3. A Hero that I'm about to PK combo, particularly one that's been annoying me.
4. A trashtalker on the other team, right before I kill them.

Whenever i go into a fight i just taunt the closest person too me. And just hope i dont get humilitated, man up mode - on.
