Why cant you just punish those kids who refuse teamwork and doesnt give a s*** on their team? If someone does this in real competitive sport they get banned for years, or in extreme cases lifetime from competitive scene. Since normal mode match making is competitive, it would be good to get rid of such braindead kids. Or make the banlist useful in MM to prevent those jerks being matched on your side.

No serious sport bans you for these reasons.
If you have a suggestion to improve it please use the suggestions forum. Just like in sports, if you are a poor player you will never reach the higher tiers. Hence lower tier play is more relaxed (or should be).
