Dream Suggestion Site

I'll be honest... I'm new here but I felt that it was the appropriate place to post.

I feel that the Dream site does not get enough attention... Only recently was it shown some love (that I know of) when an S2 member removed some of the top 10 hero drafts because they didn't actually exist :/

Are moderators for the Dream Site? If so what can they do?

I have a few problem's with the Dream Site...
1. Most comments just end up being "I like it. Look at mine! [urllink]" I feel that this causes people to have a selfish mentality and just rush through the hero drafts and spam "I like it! Look at mine!" without actually reading the hero draft.
2. Unfinished Drafts! They frustrate me so much! People decide to create a draft but they never finish it, add numbers or just generally, don't put any effort in it! (There are also just plain troll heroes)

Possible Solutions: Moderators can remove heroes that they feel are "troll" or have been forgotten. URL links disabled in comments... I know this would hurt discussion (e.g "Amazing work bro! It reminds be of this artwork" Or something similar) but I feel that this is the only way to stop people just spamming "Cool! Look at mine!"

I would move discussion of dream heroes and maps back to these forums as well, so that they get more traffic and discussion.
