Got freakin update issues

Here`s my problem: Havent played for 3 months.
1. Logging in - All ok
2. Then getting the message that a newer version of HoN is available. - All ok "I guessed"
3. Then a "K2 exception" pops up. "Would you like to save a crash report" In the same time a small black updater screen pops up in the background. "More details" "quit" etc.
4. Sending a crash report to se the issue. "crash 2.6.14.0_0001.dmp"
5. So what the fck is the problem? Nvr happend before!!

Still dont know what the problem is! Something with the connection which blocks the patching?
Something with the computer?
Why do s2 make everything so unfortunately hard!

Ive tried using open gl when downloading.
Ive tried connecting directly to the modem.
Ive tried using compability as windows 95.
Ive even tried redownloading the game.

what else to try?! Play LOL?
