I had a griefer that i reported and he told me that "it's hard to make other account" and "trust me i have been banned 10+times"(lol?).So he makes accounts to troll.Can he be banned by ip or have those troll accounts banned?or be checked if what he is claiming is true?

- There is a limit of how many accounts an IP can create.
- In time he will run out and be forced to play with one of the accounts that had been previously banned
- There are other checks to prevent multi-accounting in addition to IP
- The verification system is in place to protect players against such griefers
- Somebody who repeatedly creates accounts to troll, grief, or smurf will forever be matched with other trolls, griefers, and smurfs
- IPs can be banned under certain circumstances
- IP must not shared by innocent parties
- Player must demonstrate consistent disregard of rules on multiple accounts
- Punishment can go beyond the account in question
- Most "I'll just make another account" threats are by people who are either bluffing or own a primary account with Verified status
- They play seriously and purchase cosmetics on a main account while trolling/griefing on newly created accounts
- These attached accounts (even if not direct sub-account) can also be banned or even permanently disabled
- If somebody is creating junk accounts with the intention to grief I prefer to hit them where it hurts

1.so can you create infinite accounts?ex:i go to my cousin,grandma and make 7 accounts on each and just play to level 2 for silvers.is it against the rules?or is the limit only to prevent masstrolling?
2.so what are you going to do with him?even if he was bluffing by saying he can make a new one,he said that he was banned 10+times.don't know exactly if that is a bluff or not.

1. You can only create infinite accounts if you have access to an infinite number of IPs. Most home ISPs make use of a "stickied dynamic IP", so changing IP isn't always as simple as some claim. Creating multiple accounts is not against any rules, as long as each individual accounts behaves. Yes some people are savvy enough to manually change IPs, but as mentioned previously there are methods to track down those users as well.Originally Posted by Clytemnestra

Assuming that you know what you're doing changing IP's isn't difficult at all even if they're stickied (unless other countries have a very different system than mine).
Could you/are you allowed to elaborate on what methods these are? Just checking what other accounts the IP has connected to or something entirely different?but as mentioned previously there are methods to track down those users as well.
The player has been found guilty for what he has done in that specific match and banned according to the mail i received.So i guess the rest you do with his other accounts etc. it is confidential.

if i played a game on a basic account and had an intentional feeder,but can't report him since that account is basic,can i send you a pm for you to ban him?

No. Use of RAP system is part of the incentive to become Verified.
