1650-1750 All-round player looking for a few people for TMM

Basically sick of getting put with 4 idiots, you don't have to be perfect, just know how to play. My MMR varies from 1650-1750 and it's pretty frustrating when I just go on a losing streak purely due to team, I seriously don't mind losing if my team tries and we get outplayed. I often play the mid-role or initiator, but if i'm confident in my team i'm happy to carry/support. Have a mic etc, from the UK. PM ingame for more info
