If Empath uses As One on a hero, and then the hero with the As One buff stands in a level 1 Nymphora ultimate, will all three heroes be teleported by the ult?
When Empath is As One with an ally, she goes wherever the ally goes. If the ally teleports (by any means), she will go with him.
-Homecoming Stone / Post Haste
-Nymphora ultimate / SOTM ultimate
-Sandwraith ultimate
-Ophelia Judgment
-Various blink abilities (Magebane, Hag, Riftwalker, Portal Key, etc)

Will it count as one or two heroes for the ulti? Like, if Nymph uses it at lvl 11 and there's someone with Empath inside and another hero... Will all 3 always be ported then?
Empath is invulnerable and Nymphora's teleport doesn't take those units into account, so it'll count as just one if Empath is in a hero.

A bit offtopic, but can u still steal empath as parasite? I assume u cant purge it with nullfire though.
Not so much on topic but I'd love to see some interaction between those 2, if you know what I mean.

As we looked on in horror, the unholy sign dissolved into a lone figure, shrouded in yellow.

Nope. Invincible targets areneversometimes checked for spells or abilities. Same can be said about DR and SB. Invincible targets never get affected by Nymphs affector.
EDIT: Redacted.

Thats an exception because vault is used on gadgets such as WanJin. I'll concede the point though. How do you strikethough >.<

And actually, Engineer's ultimate goes through invulnerability.
