This below is chat log from one player who was reported by me for insulting everybody in chat and GMs think that he isnt guilty. And this below is all his chat log. That is what he only typed for that match.

While I personally do think this should be bannable, I don't think the rules/GMs agree. There is some leeway on this matter, and this guy was far from extreme. He even told people gj and stuff.

No. I didn't once insult him. I was talking ironically but never insult someone and he insulting explicitly.

As senzation already stated, verbal abuse is fairly subjective in these cases. The chat log you posted is very borderline because the language is pretty mild. Racial slurs, insults that have nothing to do with the game, and very harsh language are easier to judge.

It's a competitive game what do you think is gonna happen.
If everyone that talks like this because he feels better then the rest of the team, every third guy would get suspended every few days.
Calling someone a "retard" is not a great mistake.. Just argue with something funny...

Just make fun out of it and if you do it right, he will stop, because he knows there is no way in argue with you

I don't believe this should be ban worthy. Maybe a warning at most.

I would personally not call this guilty, or even warn for this. Sadly this is what happens EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE GAME OF HON, EVERY SINGLE DAY.
While I do agree this is not acceptable. There's just too much of this to do much about.
If you don't want to see the abusive language, turn your profanity filter on it you haven't already.

I absolutely adore that command. If you start yelling in your mic, ill mute you. I actually got kicked by 4 guys on my team that I was carrying because, and I quote, "Magebane, unmute him so he can yell at you or we're going to ****ing 9x kick you!" I laughed. Turns out, they were serious. It went through. I wasnt sure whether I should be mad, or just laugh. Nothing I could to punish them, so I laughed my ass off about it. Dont take the game so seriously. MMR isnt everything. It's just not. Yeah, don't go to extents to mess up someones game, but at the same time, realize you're not, and probably never will be, a pro-gamer. The **** he said was mild compared to the **** I've seen. And that was probably throughout an entire game. Try having someone blatantly spam racial slurs until the chat disconnects them over and over.
