and i still lost 3 MMR in that match
I've never seen anything like this before. I'll let ElementUser decide on this because in my opinion, this shouldn't happen at all. For now, I advise you to email support@s2games.com about this issue and see if they can do something about it with the MMR that you've lost. Don't forget to include the Match ID for that game.
