I agree with you though, the term "troll" has been warped too much over the last few years due to excessive and improper usage of the word.

Well so has the word "imba", which used to be short for imbalanced, but in reality everyone uses it as though it means "(too) strong".

Similar the word epic has gotten a lot of misuse too.

That comic with the first panel captioned “What trolls want you to believe” pretty much sums it up.

Good trolls never admit they were trolling, and good trolls are original. Admitting to trolling defeats the point, and reusing someone else's troll is called being a faggot (e.g., posting “Trolling is a art”).

It's a similar thing with satire. There's a lot of bad satire, and satire is hard to do well. Most of the time it's just parodying of something the author doesn't even fully understand or respect. I love me some good satire, but it's pretty rare to come across. The true beauty in satire is Poe's Law—and when people admit to it, that entire angle is gone.

You don't need to "hurt" someone for it to be trolling. If the other gets very flustered at your stupidity for thinking BH is OP (regardless of whether or not you actually think so), it would be trolling.
