Still Can't Join after Stats Reset

I purchased the stats reset and exited the game and re-run the game.
However, the game does not let me join the game instead it gives me this message saying my leaver percentage is high.

My stats are all reset in the stats section, and 1500 MMR.

This happens to me aswell. But i get 0 response from support.

Worst thing ever! The support of this game is below all criticism!
