If i am hellbourne botlane,aggro the creeps in the legion pull,so in other words i pull the lane for legion,do i get xp if neutrals kill the enemy creeps as long as i am in range?or do i have to take the lasthit on those creeps?
do i get xp from the neutrals getting killed by enemy creeps?
do i get xp from neutrals killed by my creeps?

I'd have to test, but I believe (I may be WAY off):

Enemy creeps dying - no matter the cause - give you experience.
Neutrals being killed by either team's creeps gives you experience. Obviously, you need to last-hit for gold.

No, you don't get experience if a neutral gets the kill.

No for getting XP, yes for getting XP if you get the last hit.

Answer: No.

Q2. Do you get the experience on the enemy's lane creeps if you last hit them, despite the neutral creeps damaging them?

Answer: Yes.

Q3. Do you get experience from the neutral creeps if they are killed by the enemy's lane creeps?

Answer: No.

Q4. Do you get experience from the neutral creeps if they are killed by your own team's lane creeps?

Answer: Yes.
