I was Silhouette and was just wondering if anyone could watch over any part of this game I just played, looking carefully at positioning/item builds etc.

You should probably check out the training grounds, or replays section and get some feedback over there.
Early game :
1. You're too close to the creeps at first creep wave, if they were higher levels, they could've easily killed you(I know it helps you lasthit better)
2. You play too passively, try to position yourself to stun enemies more and don't be afraid to tap E as you use tree grapple, I saw you miss one on aluna because of this.
3.You forgot to call missing, which resulted in Aluna ganking mid. (Also shouldve asked blue to go and pull creeps)
4.Have patience, I sometimes saw you try to lasthit creeps TOO early, therefore missing it and you used pulled back your tree grapple too early, missing a kill on flint.
5.When jungling, don't activate your Q too early, the dps is more important than the burst damage unless you use it to finish them off.
Mid game (after minute 21)
1. Use your W smarter, I saw that you used it for the extra MS when you could've killed zephyr by simply tree grappling a different tree.
2. You're not a Moon Queen, don't go too close to attack a hero (where you died by top tower trying to kill zephyr)
3. Not sure if you stacked neutral camps (If you didn't, try stacking them more)
Got bored after a while.
You're wasting your mana regen in the laning phase, especially with RotT. Max Q, and use it from time to time to secure lasthits while harassing the enemy. Maxing Q also allows you to jungle effectively early on, should the need arise.
Actually, I didn't mind him maxing W, it seems like he had trouble landing his Q to me
I was also wondering about the item build. I went marchers > sustainer > steam boots > nullstone > fwsk > portal key > savage mace - Just wondering whether people think nullstone and frostwolf skull are good choices? I know they're both defensive items but they were mainly for glacius w, tdl w, flint ult, aluna stun and I figured she'd get a hellflower but she didn't. Then I went for fwsk because I figured it would be great for kiting around tdl and zephyr however come 35-45mins I realized I was doing very little AA damage and then though maybe shield breaker would have been a better choice?
To be honest this was the first time I've got portal key on Silhouette (and one of my first times playing her) - I mainly got it because I've seen it a lot on honcast and wanted to see what I could do with it and I didn't think I managed to utilize it very well.
Then after that I picked up the savage mace. I had another dilemma here because I had 3 items I was considering. Shrunken head to completely take glacius and zephyr out of the equation, Wingbow because TDL didn't go savage mace and she was the one causing me the most problems, although Aluna did get a savage so wasn't sure how mcuh a wingbow would be worth it. Then the third chioce was obviously savage mace, I wanted this because tdl, aluna nor zephyr got a wingbow and I was severely lacking dmg due to my mainly defensive pick-ups of fwsk and nullstone.

Sorry had a massive brain fart, I didn't mean because they didn't have a wingbow lol. In fact, I don't even know what I was trying to say but thanks for the advice. Zephyrs passive didn't even occur to me actually!
On a ranged hero a savage mace will not counter Zephyr's passive. Because it reflects ranged attacks, not evade them. Just saying.
