A separate volume control for Announcer sounds

It would be pretty nice if we would be able to set the volume for the announcer separate from the rest of the sounds.

Yes! There are so many times when the ingame sound effects are too low, while the announcer is still incredibly loud. Especially annoying with other people in the house, playing at nighttimes, or trying to listen to music.
Look for my highlighted text (important information) and Grey text (interesting but not required information).

i think its a setting that 0.01% of the community would use so no thanks, the sound is all good, you have a bad sound card/program/speakers/headset on your pc if you have sound issue's

Well I don't have any problem with sounds, it's just that I might find the announcer too loud or that I want to hear just the announcer and no other sounds. I just want the option to set it to my liking. I think everybody would agree with that.

And as far as how many people would be using it, who knows and why should that deter from it's implementation.
