This is a legit question as I keep encountering trolls and such. People who go 0/28 on purpose or someone who picks nh to just wait the whole game out jsut for kses. How do i get out of here? Do i jsut play with friends or do i pick a certain hero im usually high 1500's but now im like 1490 go up and fall back down its impossible, if i try to support or initiate, for instance bubbles my team jsut stands there and does nothing, it's hard to carry a team 1v5 and theres no point in tanking if your team doesnt help.

dont count on anyone, farm, play completely solo. always carry a tp to kill divers, ez kills are ez. Do not help people who braindeadly go in, keep farming, if ur mid and no one is buying wards get them urself so u can have rune control and see inc ganks, keep farming. And wins will come sooner or later.
Learn how to play mid,gank,carry.
Even when you get into the 1500's you will play 1400s half the time.

All of this very true. Easiest way to get outta the 1400 hole is to play a with a group of 3-5 people have ur picks already sorted out if your doing AP. If not it make sure you and your buds pick a role 3 being the minimum because this allows At least one carry, support, and tank. 1 or 2 morons cant bring down the other three as long as there organized and play there roles. When soloing the biggest issue is the random factor wether your teammates are just bad or just trolling. It always a big headache to solo simply because even if you do farm things can still go wrong. Don't pick initiators man. They rely on your teammates who seem to suck so I'd rather go for gankers that can get kills by himself like fayde, dw, etc.
Also some heroes excel at killing noobs. PR, Poly, Peb, Dev(if you got the skill) come to my mind. Play these and just don't expect anything from your teammates.
As for the trolls, I'd ignore them. Griefers like that get more energy from attention. Rather focus on improving your play.
Besides, that's the only thing you CAN do anyway aside from getting someone higher up to help you. The more you try to fight the trolls the stronger they get.
Also your opponents have the same chance of getting a troll like that so hope their troll's stronger than yours lol.
Same goes for complete noobs. If you have a noob orange chances are the brown is just as bad. So play a ganker and feed off of him just like pink does your orange.
You won't, with those people. You simply won't win no matter what you do. If they want you to lose the game, you will lose it.
The only thing that gets you out of the lower bracket with 100% certainity is: friends! Gather some people around your MMR, learn to play together, and rise in mmr. You will also face enemies with as many premades, but in the end, only the better ones win, without relying on which team got the bigger idiots.

If you will be better than 1400 you'll get higher. Thats it and that's all.

1. Play with friends
2. Don't play with friends, learn to farm on a carry and get yourself out of 1400.
But option 1 is the easiest by far.
Short answer: Improve your skill
Long answer: Ofc u can't win every game by yourself.. Sometimes there are feeders/leavers in your team, sometimes they are in other team.. but if you are better than an average 1400 player, you will raise higher.
Like some ppl already said.. playing alone and ignoring your team works better than trying to work with your team (at least for me).

in a recent game i ghost-pick corrupted and my team picks like witch slayer, parasite, MQ, so in the end i have to pick cthu cuz we have no tank and i get no support from my team. What do I do in a sintuation like this?

There's been a recent explosion in the 1400s - 1600s in the number of smurfs playing. This may be directly related to the fact that free accounts can play all heroes. Anyhow, yeah, pray for smurfs on your team and you're good to go.

Get good, simply put. It's not your team's fault, it's yours. Surely you realize that your opponents are just as bad as your teams, you can't possibly believe that the MM system intentionally gives you the worst team every time. Since you're obviously not dumb enough to believe that the MM system is working against you, you have now realized that you suck and need to get better. You can thank me now.
Be better than the other people. It is easy as that.
