I have tried the cmd release, renew and dnsflush. Obviously have tried relogging, restarting HoN and restarting the computer. I can host a game but I have 0 ping and I imagine that nobody can see the game in the list. How do I fix this? A reinstall is not the answer.

Ok now I've gotten into a game but I'm playing a powerpoint presentation. Getting some crazy low fps but it's not due to stress on the computer.
