Maybe he didn't explain it clearly, so I'll try saying it: When you click the Outpost to see the shop menu and walk towards it to buy your item, the menu closes when you get in range of the shop. It doesn't happen with the Observatory, nor the main shop in the base; only the Outpost. And it doesn't happen in the 5v5 map. This is a bug in the 3v3 map that should be fixed.
