Stealing Tempests junglecreeps with pred only so tempest dont get gold

I played a game as Tempest with a Predator in my team.That Predator didn't like me or something, he just stole my lasthits so i don't get them. He ran beside me and waited for a lasthit almost the whole game.He did it just to annoy me or something.
Later in the game with his farm he didn't really help the team and just stood behind while we had chances for a comeback.
Is that reportable? I didn't find anything for this in the RAP Function.

I'm at Uni atm so I can't check the game myself but from the information you've given the player will most certainly get banned. Pred stealing all your gold severely hampers your ability to play and thus is considered griefing. File the report under Avoiding AFK detection and state clearly what the player was doing.
NOTE: It must be obvious that Preda is doing it on purpose, not just lucking into the last hits.

If it's a handful of creeps every so often throughout the match: innocent.
If it's consistent for an extended period of time: warning or guilty.

Just be sure to be detailed in your report.
