I was banned for being afk in fountain! great!

2 things I dont agree about the GM´s call:

1. I reported a guy who killed my hero at kongor while i got disc, and gm just gave him a warn and stated:

The GM found that the reported player did not specifically break the Code of Conduct

thats ridiculous, howcome he didnt brake the rules killing my hero.


2. I got pissed with my team and went afk at pool ( used a tp to go behind the fountain to avoid get killed by the other team ). I didnt killed courier or trolled in any other way, just got there afk.. and got banned for that.


I already appealed for my ban, but, is there any way to appeal the report i made agaisnt the guy who killed my courier?

No. A warning is considered a successful ticket.

So, the guy killed me , thus braking the rules and nothing will happen to him. I go afk in a match and i get banned. cool.

A Warning is deemed GUILTY. The player in question has never had a RAP report against him guilty, or it would be worse. The GM's do not decide the punishment. They simply say Guilty/Innocent, and proceed to the next ticket.

As others have stated, most likely the player that fed you did not have any previous bans or warns and thus was given a warning for doing something minor. As you seem to say it was only the one time, and to Kongor no less, the only negative impact is a minor difference in your K: D. That combined with a clean record resulted in the player being warned. However, if the player breaks the rules again it will most definitely result in a ban.
