Background Story .
Wind Counter Hero spins around his own axis at an inhuman speed.
Aerial Control Hero spawns a powerful current, sending enemies flying and landing in your desired direction.
What's up with the name? Sounds like he'd be running around holding a bear in his hand as a weapon :/
That seems unlikely to happen. Compare to Pebbles Toss (which this skill is very similar to safe for the castrange and targeting scheme). I'm pretty sure Toss needs to be able to have a VISIBLE nearby target to throw it.or grabbing innocent victims through the fog while juking
Eagle Leap is kind of odd. And how long does it toss people into the air anyways?
Overall the hero feels a bit much like Pandamonium with his first three skills, what not with them being a bunch of short physical disables that amount to a lot of CC when used together.

That sentence is poorly worded by me. What I meant to say is that you can grab people from THEIR fog, not your own. Over cliffs and what-not. Should probably word that better.
I really think Eagle Leap looks really clunky on paper, but would feel really natural in-game as basically is "Start running for a jump - jump - land hard" which I think would be very fulfilling for the player and a sort of new mechanic. It tosses them into the air for 1.0 seconds, which I forgot to add
As for the similarities to Panda, I think they are somewhat warranted but also I do not in any way see how the hero is too much alike. Pandamonium and Beastwielder have very different mechanics and would fulfill different roles. While Pandamonium is a carry/initiator, Beastwielder is much more of a ganker/roamer/initiator which has his main strengths in huge range abilities. Pandamonium excels at taking out individual enemies in a fight and locking them down while Beastwielder mostly works as a stalling tactic when initiating, keeping enemies occupied while his team comes in after him to clean up the mess. There are certain similarities, but I still think they would be played very differently and would also feel very different as well.
Ok, I wish I could give you feedback, but your heroes are always balanced, so I will give my personal opiniom on this.
First skill: is cool, the skill by itself feels week but with the third skill it feels great. I still don't really understand the mechanics....does he jumps like Panda?
Second: in this skill does he start running in the target direciton? or you can stand still gaining movement speed? The leaping mechainc seems a bit weird and unecessary....really hard to master.
Third: I really like how this skill gives the hero more damage, a soul. I just think the damage could be lowered to a max of 200 magic damage. The mechanic that he gains a lot of magic armor and stomps the ground feel verry strong... I would state in the skill that silence would cancel that, or stun...dunno.
Ult: I just don't like at all. The sword pushes enemy, but you need to be melee range to achieve the best effect....and tossing the sword from the other side will be EXTREMLY hard to achieve the effect.... I just don't like the skill at all :P but its my personal taste.
Overall I like the hero, but I think that there are some odd mechanics to him.
Sorry for my bad English!
Love the hero man. Seriously. +1 I could see him being build super tanky and running in to huge teamfights with similar destructive force to . His spells work well together to make him an extremely effective initiator. His ult feels a bit out of place and I believe that the global aspect of it is super unecessary..
