How to zip without compression and get it to .s2z?

I have a mod I am trying to mess around with and I am having some problems with it. I have a few zipping programs, but when I get to compression I don't get a "no compression" choice for WinRAR or 7zip. So I went to get WinZip and I can zip without compression, but I can't seem to get it back to a .s2z file. Anyone out there want to lend some help?

Rightclick on the folder -> Send To -> Compressed (zipped) file

Go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View tab -> Uncheck "Hide known file extensions"

Rename the zip.

I did a forum search and didn't find anything. Maybe you should make a sticky tutorial
