after recent nerf of this skill, the strings in entities_en.str about this skill shows like "{10,15,20,25%} Movement Speed Slow"
i think it should be "{10,15,20,25}% Movement Speed Slow" like before nerf?
I can confirm this, just above "Passive Bonuses" it states slowed by 25%. So it's pretty much a tooltip bug.
