I need some tips, im stuck in the hellhole that is low MMR, i hate playing matchmaking because of it, no matter how hard i try i cannot get out of the bracket, all of the horrible people that just do stupid things like playing supports and only placing 1 ward at a time, mids who fail miserably and people who pick hard carries and just feed.
I REALLY need advice on how to get to higher MMR, i have tried almost all of the things i have read here, but i dont have many people to play with, and when i meet people to play with they just suck.
And before you carry on saying that public stats dont mean anything, i feel that with my overall stats in public + personal MMR stats show that i should be a higher MMR.
Play a game. After the game invite the best player of the game to your next game. Chances of winning are much better now.
What you claim is not possible. I have helped a friend when he was staying over at my home to solo q from 1280 to 1500. To be honest, I was the one who did it. Just get heroes that don't rely on others. Mid heroes are the best. I'm a 1620 players and can do it easily. It's not possible for you not to be able to get out of it if you are 1660.
I've looked through your recent games and it seems you play heroes that are either squishy or do not have any CC abilities.
The heroes you played were heroes like Madman,Arachna,Magebane and such, also since they're hard carries they require a lot of farm and ur team has to play 4 vs 5 for awhile.
There are a few problems, in the lower brackets people are not able to play 4 vs 5, and you should prevent picking hard carries.
I'm not saying you can't pick carries but it's not recommended because the bracket doesn't allow you to, and it may not seem it's ur fault ur losing, playing 4 vs 5 is really hard for ur team.
What to do:
Play a hero that has enough CC ability and that can dominate early to mid game.
As example, Witch slayer, Pyromancer but even heroes that are hard to counter like Tremble is a good pick.
1300 and 1400 players do not have map awareness so make sure you gank a lot if you play these heroes, also rampage is a great hero to gain MMr.
They have a cooldown between being able to place them.like playing supports and only placing 1 ward at a time
But that's why they're 1300 you know? :P
I don't see anything that suggests you're above the norm for MMR stats. Your most played heroes are carry types, but your farming ability looks to be on the really low side (average GPM of barely over 200 for a carry player is very subpar). :/
I have higher PSR, and I just derp around in Inhouses against our Epoch mentors (1750+ MMR players). So if you're just 1660 playing against the average Public Games player, I'm sorry to say that it's not the greatest feat. x)

You obviously have some issues with last hitting if you can't carry yourself out of 1300s with magebane. I went down to 1300s before with my friend on a sub for funsies, and we put in like 1% effort and won every game with huge stats on random heroes. I'm talkin' thunderclaw magmus, geo shaman, shieldbreaker voodoo, etc. I think we had a 20 win streak in this tier and all we did was try to kill steal each other the whole time.
The best advice I can give you is to play a hero that contributes a lot to team fights, if you're serious about winning. Swagmus is an example of such a hero and I highly recommend him to win you games. Or get better at last hitting and start going mid with a hard roamer/ganker like Bloodhunter/Hag and these games should be a walk in the park.
psr is much easier to raise than mmr mainly because pub games are filled with much more bad players than matchmaking, quite surprisingly.
Pick a hero who's not team reliant
Go mid
Stomp mid, kill sidelines
end up 5 levels and 10k gold ahead, win games
Remember a lot of it comes down to picking the right hero
Dont pick hard carrys:chro: or team dependent heroes
rop:
If all else fails make a new account, their free and start at 1500
If you're stuck at 1300 mmr it's because you belong there. Psr means nothing.
I am 1670mmr and I logged in a joke free account at 1500mmr and I just joke around and troll and still win. I went nighthound mid and never ganked, just got phase boots, codex, frostburn, and stormspirit. There is no "stuck at".
Play a hero that doesn't need support or any help, and go mid.

psr =/= mmr it is completely different thing since you can manipulate the teams in your favor as a host.
If you would be willing to give me one of your average replays I then would create a video highlighting your mistakes and telling you how to improve. But you need to give me an AVERAGE replay, if all you do is get an immortal in 10 minutes then that's quite worthless. The video would be like this
Punish mistakes. A mistake is not really a mistake if it goes unpunished.
