...and so I do affirm.
When I use to play this IRL we had a role called "The Jester" This persons objective was to be the first one to get lynched then he wins the game. We always had fun with that role
If he isn't the first one to get lynched then he just becomes a normal villager.

Jester role's objective usually is just to get lynched, doesn't matter when. But yeah it's a fun role.
I'll never forget what I felt that day...

I think we changed it because we felt it gave to much of an edge to the night faction. No matter how you look at it random lynch's in the start are effective and the jester is somewhat of a counter to it.
