I read this but I cannot find how the multi strike interact with rift shard. Does the Crit applied to all the bounce target or only the main target?

Yes. Any effect like that, Riftshards, HollowPoint Shells, etc only happen on main attack instance

FA and Draconis split shots apply attack modifiers, whereas Moonqueen bounces will not. (slow, -armor, manaburn)
FA and Draconis split shots will not apply proc'ing modifiers. For these cases only the primary target applies. (lightning, crit, savage mini-stun, brutalizer)
FA and Draconis split shots will not give additional lifesteal. Only the primary target grants lifesteal.
