    Neutral Creeps Spawn Boxes

    Hello everyone , I've got a lot of requests to do a thread containing every camp spawn box " since i couldn't find any good thread" so i made one and hope it will be useful.
    The red line is the edge of the spawn box and the spawn box is a 500 radius circle , so it's same as Andromeda's stun. At every 0:59 there must be nothing in these circles (wards,units,corpses,etc..) so the next camp can spawn .
    => Legion Camps :

    => Hellbourne Camps :

    THE END .

    one thing to add,there can be corpses at 0:38,but not at 0:39.So kill anyhing until then and the camp will spawn.

    U gotta pay attention next time , i didn't say u can kill them at 0:39 , i said BEFORE 0:39 . ofc if u killed them at 0:39 they wont spawn again

    Are you 100% certain these are the spawnboxes?

    I'm 100% sure if u killed them outside the box they will spawn,otherwise i wouldn't bother to create such a thread.

    I mean that these are the exact spawnboxes? I remember they are square in DotA, just surprised to see them as circles.

    At the second picture from the hellbourne side, you can clearly see that the AoE circle goes over that ledge (on the left) that is very popular for warding the top rune, and I'm sure that wards there don't block that spawn.

    Just saying that maybe the box isn't a perfect circle. The front part where you painted red may be correct though.

    I would love S2 to give us the actual boxes

    They don't block in Dota, which is a huge annoyance when jungling in Hon. You know it's blocked, you know they can see you coming and going, now you have to upgrade the courier if you don't already have a ward overlooking that cliff just to get the woods back. But I just hate how counterwarding and spawn radii works in both games.

    Ye damn i didn't see that :P. I fixed it and i think Andromeda wasn't standing in the middle of the camp which made the box go over the ledge.
    Thanks for the replay.

    They are circles.

    If you want a detailed representation of each spawn point's center, go to the map file and open it up with S2's map editor.

    In Dota, they could not be anything but rectangles.

    Warcraft 3's world editor worked with the so called Regions: Area's that are used to check for a condition or trigger an action. These Regions where squares.

    I dont think Blizzard wanted to make those regions be able to be a circle because that circle's are harder to Render / use then rectangles.

    Omfg you know nothing lol. As a programmer, I want to say that working with position and radius is far more simple than working with 4 positions. Less data, less calculations.

    It's 17 seconds corpse time and there is another 5, so 1:00 - :22 = 38.00000 as the absolute last moment you can leave a neutral corpse.

    The red line is the edge of the spawn box and the spawn box is a 500 radius circle
    So that means, technically, if they had warded your camp, there is no place where you can counterward that covers the entire 500 radius circle (because rev ward radius is 800, less than the circle's diameter of 1000) unless in a position where it blocks the camp itself...
    Need two rev wards at opposite ends of the center to actually cover the entire circle.
