Shop Problem

Hi,
i have a problem with the in-game shop! I purchased the new Shadow Pack at friday but i only recieved the new Silouette Alt Avatar.
I tought i can use the Ravenor Alt at the realese-day but i can't. If i click again on the Shadow Pack it says i already purchased it and thats right
i have 650 Goldcoins less then before i bought it but the shop says i must purchase the Ravenor Alt before i can use it but i did! I dont know what to do.

Same thing happen to me. Asked in a few chats but you know the HoN comunity :P.
