Is there any channels where low rating players can search for Que partners? I am seriously tired of solo queing and getting 4 people insta pick carries and all call mid.
make a thread in looking for players forum like "looking for players xxxx rating xx language to queue with"

You might have luck with Clan Project Epoch as well. They train lower rated players that might be interested in queing as a team.
