    Spellblade

    Strength: 22 + 2.2
    Agility: 16 + 2
    Intelligence: 20 + 2.4

    Range: Melee
    Damage: 45 - 51
    Movementspeed: 320

    Flame Lance: After a 2 second delay, a lance of flame will be shot from the casting point in the target direction, traveling for 2000 units, dealing 35/70/105/140 magic damage.
    Manacost: 25/30/35/40
    Cooldown: 3

    Wind Spirit: Release a Wind Spirit that will seek out and heal the most damaged nearby ally (%based) for 30/45/60/75 health.
    Manacost: 30/35/40/45
    Cooldown: 5

    Riptide: Unleash a wave of water in front of you, pushing enemies back over 0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25 seconds for 300 units. 45° cone.
    Manacost: 35
    Cooldown: 6/5/4/3

    Magic Frenzy: On every spellcast grants you a bonus 30/45/60 attack speed for 3 seconds, stacking. Every 3 attacks casts one of your spells. Rightclick any skill to enable/disable autocasting.
    Spells cast by Magic Frenzy still cost their regular manacost.

    Staff of the Master: Causes you to cast two spells on every 3rd attack instead OR Causes you to cast a spell on every 2 attacks OR Casts a spell twice every third attack.

    Alternative for secondary ult effect: On every attack reduces the remaining cooldown on your spells by 0.9/1.2/1.5 seconds. CD reduction is split between all rightclicked skills.

    Just my 2 cents:

    I like the concept but there is one flaw in it. If you achieve more than 3 attacks per 1.25 seconds and only activate only Riptide you are permanently pushing your enemies. And it is incredibly easy to get that much attackspeed, because you are getting a shittone of attackspeed through your ult.

    And flamelance deals incredibly much damage compared to his manacost.

    It also is incredibly easy to dodge and does incredibly low damage comparatively. Although manacost are ment to be a strong balancing point for the hero so I guess they could easily go up.

    Getting close to 3 attacks per second is still rather complicated/difficult to achieve, and even then, you still would have to be able to consistently attack the same target without interruption, which isn't really that likely in anything but a straight on 1v1 situation (and even then you'd have to think about whether the potential "permastun" even matters because you would most likely kill the target too fast anyways :P).

    I need to change my point on riptide because i just saw he is melee. Isnt it kind of counterproductive for him to push his enemies away? Only good thing is that you can hold your enemies in place for flamelance.

    A question on the mechanic of flamelance:

    If it is triggered via your ult how does it exactly work?
    Does it shot from the point from where you attacked 2 seconds ago into the direction where the target stood 2 seconds ago?
    Or does it shoot from your current postition to the previous position of the target?
    Or from current postition to current postition of the target?
    Or from you previous position the the current position of the target

    Flamelance doesn't work like Alunas Power Throw where it has a longer casttime before it is fired. You place it on the ground and after 2 seconds it will go off in the chosen direction.
    For the ultimate the 'chosen direction' is always your facing direction at time of cast/procc.
    For the push: It's only 300 units over 1.25 seconds, which can be followed rather easily as long as you have around 300 MS.

    Flame lance: Travelspeed and touch radius? And is it visible the whole 2 seconds?
    Wind spirit: Can it heal yourself

    The more i think about it i don't feel like this hero is fun to play. Too muchh lowcooldown spells and a passive ult that feels like just more of those rather bland skills.

    I start disliking this draft more and more.
