when just born accounts get bloodbath and immortal do they gain more mmr ?
do they gain that mmr even if they lose the game ?
Yes they gain more if they are in the first few games. You will have to wait for others to bring the actual details up, but for immortals in the first 5 games I know it's +75mmr.

Are u sure u gain 75 mmr i once got an annihilation with my 2nd game in an other account , but i didn' earn any extra mmr.
Maybe it's only work with immortal? so..
As my post states, I only know that immortal adds an additional 75 mmr. I do not know of nor can I decisively say whether or not annihilations affect mmr gain in the first set of games. Perhaps someone else can impart their knowledge.
