Mine says " The update process found 1 other instance of ./hon.exe running. Please shut down these instances before trying to update your client."

Any idea please?

Press CTRL + ALT + Delete > 'Task Manager' > 'Processes' Tab > Look for hon.exe, highlight it and click 'End Process' at the bottom.

Did you uninstall HoN first before manually deleting all the remain files from your hard drive? It is important you uninstall before you delete so your computer knows that this program no longer exist.

As I said in my post, my solution REQUIRES you to download the entire game client again, not just the updater.

As you know i download the full client and the problem didn't solve. The problem was something else.

I tried that, but then it would just exit the updater. Then the same process as I start hon again.

There is NO PROBLEM from HON side, that guy was just newbie and didnt know the problem was from His Country.as u Can see the 'HOOKER" in that file address, Iran network filtering does not allow clients to reach that File, so the updater Fails each time trying to download the file, Milad , u must do some research before complaining like an IDIOT,shame on you cause of being so Stupid,

and before you talk more just check all of the comments . The problem is they didnt update the client on their website. its still 2.6.11 instead of 2.6.12. as you see staffs answered to this thread. so there is no problem with my thread and you have the problem ? OMG. funny guy
