How do I get my shop hotkeys back? please help

For the love of god, I have ****ed up my lane so badly simple because i wanted to buy a TP and i used my Q skills, please help.

I personally don't memorize item hotkeys, I just click, but you should probably try to ensure you memorize it correctly, or just click. I'd recommend you try to use hotkeys in dire situations, and click when you have a few seconds to spare.
