This is related to the updater only when it is repairing the installation. Did not see this problem during game updating.
My locale is romanian and the updater is partially localized at the "files" label, the "more details" button and, what I presume to be, the "exit" button.

The text should use characters with cedilla. For the "files" label it should be "Fișiere". At least remove the localisation, just leave it in english.
