To avoid a lot of speculation and such I've decided to make a short "explenation-thread" if you will call it to make sure people know what actually happened between 90s and Druidz.
To start it off, we came to an agreement which seemed fair and was benefactory for both parties... we were really excited about it and tagged up immidiately. However once we went through the fine print of our agreement with druidz, we felt that their demends in comparison to what they did for us as a team were completely blown out of proportion... therefore we decided that druidz isn't the right organisation for us so we left before any contracts were signed.

Can people stop tagging up before signing contracts?
[11:04:47 PM] Rene: but i just calculate people
[11:04:50 PM] Rene: when i meet them
[11:04:57 PM] Rene: and then pretty much know how to manipulate them
[11:05:01 PM] Rene: except for my friends ofc
[11:05:01 PM] Alex "sender" Wieker: dam you calculated me?
[11:05:08 PM] Rene: u count as a friend
[11:05:13 PM] Alex "sender" Wieker: yesss

we would've signed 100% if they didn't add some very shady terms right before signing... which basically said: if we win any prize money, they take it all and use it for trips for us... and if we ever decide to take it out of the organisation - they wouldn't continue sponsoring entre fees, trips and such. We would have to pay everything out of our own pockets AND be contracted for 12 months...
Druidz has been shady for the last 4 years, what makes you think they changed?

What do you expect? Just another low low tier sponsor. Besides Fnatic no good sponsors want to get involved in HoN ):
The Tt Esports sponsorship is also a great deal from what I heard, so you can say that there are 2 big organizations backing up HoN teams right now.
disappointing to hear, thought druidz was finally going to pick up a team AFTER dreamhack. best of luck to the 90s, definitely a strong team
get a free mousepad to wear their tag
good deal IMO

Essentially they're minimally interested- a deal that costs them nothing and they gain alot (aka taking from the players) Nothing else besides mousepads and wearing the tag. That's not really a sponsorship. Tt is probably decent enough, true.
EDIT: LOL@someone posting the same exact thing while I was typing that. I wish you'd find a home somewhere iNsania you're one of my favorite players <3

Has TteS sent them anywhere out of pocket? Until they do, I wouldn't label them as a good or bad sponsor.
Well, Fray sponsored trips to Dreamhack for the whole team, afaik the reason giving for switching was that TTeS just had a better deal overall, so stands to reason that they're at least a "good" sponsor.
Add to that the background info that thermaltake sponsors a lot of well known teams, and iirc slickz/wyt were talking about a lot of gear they got from TTeS. Overall, it can be pretty safely inferred that TTeS is a good sponsor?
