How do I report a moderator? I believe it's your duty to point me in the right direction of whom I need to speak with. Since PM'ing you does not work.

If you have a problem with a moderator, try contacting a global mod or Chavo (he's the guy in charge for everything forum related, afaik).
Look for myhighlighted text(important information) andGrey text (interesting but not required information).
