Hello Everyone! I have just made a video guide for jungling heroes, I would really appreciate some feedback ^^
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_u45e...1&feature=plcp
Goes over pretty much every single hero except for Pred and Legion I believe!
Bad tempest strarting items, denying creep too early and you can convert the stronger vagabond also(not the leader). Just few minutes of watching
E:Cthulu shouldnt even jungle and ophelia was actually decent I would add few mana pots onto those starting items and up courier. You should get 2 shields on booboo and deliver a hatchet asap so you can do hard camps from lvl 1 and your bear wont die too fast. Usually I start with 2 shields on booboo and ward for rune/jungle. Shield on pasrasite? hope your kidding..

I didn't really like it ( not to bash or anything ). It may be useful for someone who is playing HoN for the first time and wondering how to jungle, but past that level - this video will not guide players in the right direction.
I've got to agree with RoLanD here. If you're looking to make a detailed jungling video guide (which mad props for attempting it anyway). You should go over stacking, double/triple camp stacking (legion side mostly but possible in hellbourne), When to pull or gank for the short lane and when not to. Things like that. I noticed on Warbeast you didn't micro his wolves at all. When the catman got one of the wolves to half hp you just let t die instead of pulling it back a bit and allowing the other one to tank for a second.
As far as starting items. Most were pretty bad. S2's in game guides in general are pretty terrible. Chalice on tempest is a bad choice IMO. What I tend to do is get a talisman of exile then fill up with mana pots (IIRC you can get 2 after talisman) then rush a ring of sorcery. Much better for your mana issues and also allows you to help your lane mate with mana and the team later on. Some prefer to go Ring of the teacher on temp but With microing his minions don't really need the extra armor.
As for the very basics of what jungling is and how to do it this would help beginners but again it's not something to be taken as THE way to jungle. Good job for being proactive enough tomake a video guide on jungling though.
isn't ros also preffered on parasite?but i also consider chalice good since you don't actually have mana problems.or do you?
I mean chalice on para is great because of the synergy with the heal from infest. However, going chalice just so you can rush a codex is a selfish playstyle IMO. You need to focus on helping your team in every way you can. Not getting a 10 min codex to snipe kills.
the idea is not to be selfish,it is more to rush codex so you gank those carry in their forest.i'd say it is more situational than selfish.the faster you get codex the more damage you deal(enemies underleveled, low hp,low magic armor etc.),it allows you to snowball faster.
I've found the best starting items for tempest are amulet of exile parts + 5 manapots. If done properly you finish RoS at 4:00 which is also when you run out of pots.
also possibly send runes of blight and/or a pull counterward and use them to improve the efficiency of your farming. You'll make the gold back + some extra XP so it's worth it.
