Aracna VS Empath

I highly doubt this is intended, but when Aracna throws her ultimate on Empath and Empath goes into a host, when the duration of "As One" is over, the spider will reappear and keep attacking as if Empath did not use her ultimate.

I don't know the match number when this happened to me, but it's pretty lately (like, 3-4 normal games ago, yesterday or the day before, can't remember)

Is it intended to be as such? If "yes", then I guess I'll have to make a suggestion thread in the balance forum or something lol..

Completely intended, Empath is invulnerable and the spider still follows those and stalks them until it dies or the target dies
