I can't belive this is going to be reality . Was thinking s2 might do something like this, but didn't dare to even dream it . I'm legacy and this doesn't affect me alot, but all my friends started playing hon when it became f2p and always complained about not having all the heroes and stuff unlocked. Great move on your side s2. Big respect.

Good move, I always enjoyed having all hero's f2p, and felt bad for the people who we're unfortunate to have discovered this game too late .
I'm sure the alt skins etc are the biggest part of income anyways, good step to attract and keep more players, HoN is going into the right direction.

S2 had to do this or DoTa 2 would leave it in the dirt.. I dno about you, but if I was some rando trying to decide to try DoTa or HoN.. Ide go with the game where I am not a second class citizen and had all the heroes.

Wild assumption: S2 made most of the money through EA and cosmetics purchased by legacy players, and pretty much nothing by F2Ps (they probably bought heroes with silver, nothing at all, or didn't even bother playing after a few games). And now, since EVERYONE is a "legacy", the cosmetic purchases will increase even more, far outweighing the income of F2P heroes.

S2 you made an excellent descision with this move. Just hope the F2P will buy and use their gold on the expensive items in the shop

This is the biggest slap in the face to long time supporters of your game S2,and I am really thinking of moving on to Dota 2 because of this. Been supporting this game since early beta and all we get now is a increased silver coins depending on our level? If anything legacy players because of this change should get access to all current HoN store cosmetic items for free. It seems to me your business department has no idea how to manage or maintain a single system of business because every 6 months you keep changing your policies because clearly something isn't working. In my opinion f2p was the worse decision you made from a business standpoint and should have just kept the pay once business model...but that is all in the past and I feel truly let down now. If any future s2 games release I'll definitely know not to even think about buying it because 6 months to a year later you will just f uck everyone who purchased the game anyway. Seriously though ALL THESE YEARS OF SUPPORT AND ALL WE GET IS INCREASED SILVER COINS...you guys have no idea what you are doing and it is really apparent.

hmm probably they think it will attract more and more new players. Since LOL still has heroes that must be purchased, this is quite clever move too.

I think it's a good move, as the limited hero pool was a problem for friends playing in a mixed group.

I do think 2silver coins extra is a joke/slap in the face. That's really the best you can do?

Why not give Legacy players early access to heroes for free, but make them pay for the early access avatars if they want them? That seems like an "extra" the original paying community would appreciate.

Like someone already mentioned... 100 games, and you're 200 SILVER coins ahead of f2p players... yay? Sure, you're restructuring pricing.. but if it's ANYWHERE near 3000 for an avatar, 2 silver is really nothing.

So F2p account's get refund for there heroes. But if we bought an alt avatar for 3k and the Alt avatar gets cheaper after the repriced HoN Store, Do we get a refund for this aswel then?
