Why this item is a good item for in game?
it help to counter many spells same us
- Lord Salforis ( the undying ulti ) u can get 200+ extra hit point when its 100% healing reduction
- Blood Hunter ( blood sense )
- Slither (Passive)
- and any hero with dot's damage can this item help u or allay for not dying due to this dots ex. (hag , slither , hb .. etc) + any combo hero like (pebb , pyro ,, etc)
- its good for team fights and cheap for support players
- this item bad against hero's like ( predator and tb )

hmm nice item but that buff of hp is a bit unbal,reducing the buff to 100+ hp will make this item the best...
