I don't know if S2 Games has implemented the Aggro Cooldown mechanic that was a very advanced mechanic in DotA 1 which allowed players to harass within Tower Range and ultimately harass without aggro on them for roughly 1.5-2 seconds. How is the tower prioritizing targets and the mechanics behind how they target what hero?

Since S2 wont give u the link to it, I'll give u my few short cents.
Prio 1: It defends heroes. If they get atttacked, tower will instantly change target.
Prio 2: It defends himself. If tower gets attack, it will change target after the current target is dead to the one who attacks the tower.
Prio 3: It attacks the one closest to the tower. After a creep dies, and creeps / heroes attack creeps, it will focus the unit closest to the tower.
Hint: If u and 5 creeps are attacking tower, u should press S, or move until it found a new target or just stay further back than the closest unit to the tower. However --- If creeps attacks creeps, and u wwant to attack the tower, u can freely attack it until the focused unit dies, then u either move around or press S / H until it found a new target, then auto attack it again. When creeps about to die - U press S or move around and let it get a new focus.
