Design-wise there's two ways for the heroes theme to go: Either a divine entitiy/magician type thing, or a mechanoid robot/sattelite type creature with lots of laser cannons and what not. So basically they are as much polar opposites as it gets, but would make for interesting alt avatars.
Divine Sabers
Helios is guarded by an array of swords made from orange light. Activating the ability allows for you to throw them at your enemies. Q immediately fires all active swords at your current cursor position, W will fire one per use. Swords deal 65 magic damage to units passed through and disarm for 1.5 (1*) seconds . Maximum of 2/3/4/5 swords. Gains 1 sword every 6/5/4/3 seconds.
Manacost: 30 + 15 for every additional sword thrown
Cooldown (between throwing): 1
*for melee
Spears of Light
Helios unleashes an array of orange light to pierce nearby enemies, stunning them with each hit. While active hits the closes enemy within 350 AoE once every 0.25 seconds, stunning the target for 0.25 seconds. Impacts a maximum of 8/10/12/14 times.
Manacost: 75
Cooldown: 21
Luminescent Barrage
Channeling for a short duration, Helios summons glowing orbs of orange light around him. Upon finishing the channeling time, the orbs will fire thin lances outward, damaging any unit in their way for 10/15/20/25 magic damage. Creates a Maximum of 100 orbs. Channels for up to 2 seconds. Upon breaking the channel, all existing orbs will fire immediately. If you complete the full channel, orbs will remain around you for up to 2 seconds before firing - during this time you may activate the skills hotkey again to fire immediately.
Manacost: 150
Cooldown: 30
(Basically, you get to deal 625 magic damage to a target that is directly adjacent to the heroes hitbox, if your hitboxes aren't touching the damage decreases significantly.)
Sunray
Focusing a beam of sunlight onto the target area, Helios unleashes a mighty attack that damages and purges units hit. Vector target to deal 220/330/440 magic damage and purge units in an 800 unit long and 300 units wide path.
Manacost: 120/160/200
Cooldown: 60/40/20
SotM: Also heals allies for the same amount.
*This hero is not completely finished. Originally Divine Sabers would have taken the same role Luminescent Barrage has, so now I feel like I have too much of the same on this hero. Sunray isn't really on the right hero anymore either I feel, not entirely sure though.

Ultimately, the problem with this hero is that several of his skills are blatant remakes of others in the game. Divine Sabers is a targeted version of Silo's Lotus Blades, Spears of Light is Pharoah's Hellfire without damage and a shorter time between mini-stuns, and Luminescent Barrage is a channeled Version of Soulstealer's old ult.
Out of all your comparisons this one makes the least sense. How does it compare to Silhouettes ability? If anything you'd have to mention a skill like Moraxus' E.Divine Sabers is a targeted version of Silo's Lotus Blades
If you actually take a proper look at it, it is the longest duration, non-channeling non-ultimate singletarget stun there would be in the game. It's a 3.5 seconds of stun. It's not just simply a series of ministuns like it is with Pharaoh, because it can actually completely disable a single target. That doesn't mean it's not similar to Pharaoh/Tort's skills, but that still gives it its own function.Spears of Light is Pharoah's Hellfire without damage and a shorter time between mini-stuns
Or you compare it to Silhouette's Q if there were more blades with overlapping AoEs.and Luminescent Barrage is a channeled Version of Soulstealer's old ult.
And then you don't really mention why any of that would be a problem.

Scuse me I misread Divine Sabers. I over laid a skill it with a skill I had come up with and rejected for the reasons I stated.
Yes, I do realize that if you get a single person caught in it, it will be a 3.5 second stun due to the stun time and proc time being equal. But, it is Pharoah's Hellfire.
The point I was trying to make is that I expect better of you. You are easily one of the best hero designers in Hero Drafts, and when I see you using multiple skills that already in the game, it makes me sad.
