She is a celebrity, (maybe? I don't know her. I didn't even know that the avatar was made after a fictional person) that doesn't change that she is a human and has the same rights as you. Specifically the right to have secrets, to not have to answer any ****tard that is strolling along and the right to keep business secrets. If you can't accept that, you walk against your own argument that she is not 'special'
also, being nice and asking properly ('Would you please...' 'Thank you for your answer') extremely help you getting an answer. Just a suggestion.

As a natural human being, I most certainly have the right to ask about something that concerns me. Just because I am not directly involved in the contract, does not mean I have no right to ask about it until I receive an answer that satisfies me. Whether or not I receive that answer is a different story. If YOU are willing to wave your right to inquire, that's your prerogative... I choose to voice my concerns even if it's unpopular or otherwise not socially acceptable.
She's certainly not obligated to answer me at all, I never meant to imply that. BUT, the fact that she's unwilling to answer shows that there's something to hide.

I asked why she wouldn't let S2 make an Aluna alt... absolutely NOTHING about her personal life and it certainly wasn't as random as your scenario implied. It's a perfectly relevant, non-invasive(on a personal level) inquiry which was not satisfactorily answered (imo).
I NEVER said she doesn't have the right to secrets, what I AM saying though, is that keeping secrets about something like this suggests that it has to do with money and nothing more.
But hey, at the end of the day - even though I may SEEM like I'm losing sleep over this. It doesn't really affect me on a personal level, just felt like doing a bit of digging and I didn't like what I found.
Like I said, I don't particularly care if people are upset by what I've said... I don't need confirmation from the rest of the internet, don't like what I say? don't take it on board, simple.

Who said this is anything about entitlement? The question is not whether we're entitled to the alt, but explicitly WHY we can't have one (other than the dismissive answer "it has to do with contracts").

Hi Tuxator, Aeternitatis and the rest of you that are being kind and nice. You are right when you say that being polite is always the way to go when it comes to getting things done. Sometimes people feel because I'm in the public eye that they can be mean and rude to me, it doesn't happen often but when it does I just stop replying and delete their rudeness. Why does Aluna need an alt? It changes absolutely nothing about the hero except the skin, maybe a voice change, and maybe a couple animation changes.
None of which are needed. The voice is great, the model and skin is great, and an alt does absolutely nothing for the hero. Nothing. Why does everyone think she needs an alt? There are other heroes much more in need of an alt than her. Proposing that S2 remove the hero completely is absolutely ridiculous.
First off, not everyone feels that way. You might like the aluna model, I personally hate it. You're forgetting there's two sides of the spectrum. Plus every other hero in the game has an alt avatar, literally every other hero.
I knew there was a comic and something about S2's insperation for the hero etc. But I didn't know where to find it, and didn't sweat it really.
But then I saw this just now, and now I want to check out the comic after having played aluna. lol :P

Hey, it would be really nice of you to let S2 make some alts for Aluna, at least to quell the cries of the people who think Aluna needs one. Don't worry, there are people like me who will always use the original, if they make one I won't buy it. The original will always be the best in my opinion. (Sorry S2, I'll buy other stuff though :3)

jk, im not that critical but the statement above does have some truth to it, and i kinda agree with tox (especially with the whole movie plug she did, kinda made it seem she wasnt taking his inquiry seriously), tox basically just got the 'run around' imo. and her post in this topic seems like its more of her trying to improve her rep then actually shedding light on the issue. but wut do i know, inb4igettrolled.
I don't think S2 ever confirmed that Paula had problems with her hero getting alt avatars. Even if that was the case I'm sure she'd agree if she could do the voice for the new avatar.
