Why bubbles's 3rd ability set on autocast will not make him immune to flint or scout ulti?i mean it will not get triggered(the damage is not dot)

Can you elaborate please? also it doesn't seem to work on Parasite's ult
parasite silences.
What they're saying is, autocast take cover will not go off if the incoming ability is a stun or silence. It'll work just fine if you manually activate it just before that hammer stun or parasite ult actually hits you, though.
If the move on hit will disable the use of Bubble's E, then the E spell will not activate automatically when on autocast. You can dodge the spell by manually pressing it with good timing, unless the skill is persistant past the length of time you are in the shell (Tempest's ultimate is one example. You can dodge for the duration of your E spell as Bubbles and no longer than that, unless you teleport out of the area from a previously thrown shell during the E spell's effects).
