Hey all, I just thought I'd put this out there. I've been a super casual player for a while, but recently decided I want to actually take this game seriously and get good. I climbed from 1400 to about 1540, but then hit a really disappointing losing streak and I'm back in the 1400s.
I don't want to blame that losing streak entirely on my teams, but during the course of it I submitted at least 15 successful RAPs...and I think that says something. There is nothing more frustrating than playing with people who start suiciding the courier or warding the fountain as soon as they die once or twice, which seems like fairly common behavior in this bracket.
But rather than making a thread complaining about it, I though I'd try being proactive. What's the best way to avoid getting grouped with ragers, feeders, and bads? Find people to queue with. So here I am, looking for some. Ideally, I'd like to queue with other people who want to improve. People who watch competitive games from time to time, play BP, and understand concepts like splitting farm = bad and counterwards = really good. But at this point I'd settle for anyone who uses a mic, carries a tp, and doesn't go axe/shield/runes with magmus.
So if you're anywhere near my mmr, want to improve, and would like someone to queue with, hit me up and let's win some games!
(p.s. also open to anyone of a higher level who would play with me and give me pointers, or anyone at all with advice on how to avoid the crippling frustration that solo-queuing can cause.)
