1-2-1-2-1-2-2-4-1 build is no longer optimal!

New Optimal Build:
1-2-2-1-2-1-2-1-4 if you expect to cast your abilities separate at range
1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-4 if you plan on c-c-c-c-combo'ing

So even though Stalagmites was nerfed, it should now be picked up earlier than before!
The reason for this is that even though the overall damage at max rank is lower at 280, the increase from rank 3 to 4 is now 60 instead of 40.

so basicly you made him a little bit better on certain levels,and a little bit worse on high level?so now he has a time when he shines at a certain level and after that he should stick to his tema?

well, given that he now has 40 damage less, but his combo still deals 1175 damage at 16, the effect isnt as big as it looks i guess.
