Can anyone watch this replay and tell me what else could have i done? [1650 Aluna]
Hi guys
I'm your typical average 1650 player. I don't play quite that often but I'd really like to step up my game and pass that 1700 MMR mark. I'm tuning into pro players` streams and instead of blind dumb watching them I try to analyse their gameplay and how they think. I did notice I tend to farm less than them as I try to stay more with my team, I also realised I get really mad a lot and usually want to concede and not tryhard till the end.
In this game I played Aluna and faced Monkey King. I think I did pretty well and it wouldn't be a lie if I said that I won that matchup. Unfortunately my team lineup was terrible and nobody warded anything and I felt like I couldn't use that win to my advantage. I proceeded to farm and push what I could but my team kept being behind and when they finally refused to play whatsoever and I died twice with buyback, I decided to let it go. Aside from their plays and their few dcs I still feel like I could do something more. Anyone would like to help me out?
you know your last hitting and harassing skills in mid are excellent. from watching that, i would have thought you were 1800+. im surprised youre only 1650.
your team lineup was obviously garbage.
the first mistake you made is ganking bottom at 7 minutes. the fight bottom was already over, so getting a kill on engi was not guaranteed at all (which of course didnt happen). i usually only run to a lane like that if i immediately see a fight in progress toward my tower. however, you came back mid and got a kill on mk, which is great, so that mistake doesn't mean much.
besides that, you did nothing wrong at all. you got the first tower in the match top while hellbourne got your mid tower...the right thing to do since you couldn't defend it. it's just your lanes were garbage and your teammates kept dying. hellbourne had so much AOE...no way your teammates would survive that without farm.

I know that feeling. I'm pretty much the same MMR as you are and it's always lovely to see bad picks all over the place and bad laning sense. I watched a few minutes of you replay and I can agree with RikiP here. Your play mid was completely fine, you did your best.
But with a jungling predator whos level 4 when your solo lanes are lvl 7-8 and another jungler in the hellbourne forest (cthuluphant) which leaves panda solo top against a decent lane you can't do **** on your own. Against common belief (GG MID NO GANKS CC 15), you cannot win 3 lanes for your team (including jungling fails like predator... how can anyone send predator forest above 1500mmr?).
With 3 Solo lanes you can't expect a different outcome of a game... as stated above: "Dont be so hard on yourself"
Hmm well, if you guys say so, it prolly was unwinnable.
I'll have to play more games like these where I stay chilled during the whole match. Hopefully results will come by then.
