I have thought of a new skin for bubbles, he could even be the official mascot of the dreamhon summer championship!
First of all changes to bubbles himself.
Drop the shell, its summer he needs to cool down. Give him some nifty board shorts, possibly sunglasses, or an old school swimming onesie (ya know those red and white striped ones)
The image says it all really
Image with optional shades:
For his attack, replace his staff with a sand castle construction bucket, and let him throw the bucket for his auto attack
Spells:
Shell surf (and i cant believe this hasnt been done already)
He throws out a surf board complete with the current water trail would cool as hell(he cant surf on it because teleporting to it is optional, could cause in game confusion)
Song:
The animation is pretty fast, but i suggest bubbles holding up a radio/boom box
Take Cover:
two options, bubbles turns into a beach ball, or hides under a big beach umbrella
Ulti:
A big baller sand castle spawns in the middle, with rope ( or towels) leading to those attached.
Other options for ulti:
Volley ball court
Big umbrella in centre, with towels leading to enemies
Giant esky (drink cooler or something for you americans) in centre. with soda can trail leading to enemies
And there you have it folks, Beach Bubbles, the coolest dude on the beach.
