Its so obvious that he killed courier on purpose but someone can reject that report and one can accept it.

I don't really believe that this system work. They just ban people as they like. Hope for better community.

A GM has ruled your report to be insufficient or of poor quality and you have received 1 infraction point for the Report-A-Player system; this can be caused by not giving the appropriate details or not providing us a valid timeframe in which offense occurred.

Due to the incorrect report filed your deposit of 25 silver coins will not be refunded. If you receive two Report-A-Player infraction points in a row over the course of three months, you will be unable to submit tickets for the RAP system for three months from the date of your first unsuccessful ticket in the series. Please note that every time you submit a ticket that is successful, your infraction count resets. Report-A-Player Infraction points do not affect your ability to play Heroes Of Newerth, only your ability to submit Report-A-Player tickets.

Hello zk,

A player will receive two separate emails for the same ticket if the ticket is later overturned on appeal. In this case the Senior Game Master decided that the actions were not intentional and therefore not punishable. If a ticket is overturned on appeal you will still receive your silver deposit. This is mentioned in the FAQ.

Also, please remember to never post match numbers in this forum. It is explicitly against forum rules.
